Request a quote
The whole request-for-quote flow: contact details with clear text consent, a live priced receipt, a drag-to-book time up to six months out, and a confirmation sent by text.

- Good for
- Service businesses that quote, schedule and follow up by text
- Built with
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript, no libraries.
What it does
- Step one asks who it's for. Name and mobile number are required; email and car or address are optional.
- Right under the phone field it says the quote and booking updates come by text, and the button carries the consent line: rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out.
- Promotional texts have their own opt-in box, unticked by default, kept apart from the texts about the job.
- A preview of the first text writes itself as they type their name, so it's obvious what they're signing up for.
- The number formats itself as it's typed, errors say exactly what to fix, and the cursor goes to the first problem.
- Their details follow them: the receipt says who it's for, the quote can be texted in one tap, and booking ends with the confirmation text.
Use this element
